First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes thoroughly with water for several minutes.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash skin with soap and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If patient is fully conscious, give two glasses of water.
Induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention without delay. If
medical advice is delayed, and if the person has swalloed a
moderate volume of material (+/- 50 ml), then give +/- 100
ml of hard liquor, such as whiskey.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Apply alcohol-type or all-purpose-type foams by
manufacturer's recommended techniques for large fires. Use
carbon dioxide or dry chemical media for small fires.

Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon and silicon.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Soak up small spills with absorbent material. Larger spills
should be collected for disposal. Wear suitable protective
equipment. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Handling: The usual precautions shall be observed.

Suitable protecive equipment as safety goggles and gloves
should be used, if there is a possibility of exposition to
the substance.

Contact with the substance should be avoided.

Storage: The substance should be stored in sealed containers,under
dry air at room temperature. Containers should be secured
from falling down.

Avoid substance on the containers.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 20 liter and 200 liter metal drums.
