Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Preliminary test results

In the preliminary test, 26 injections were performed in a temperature range of 103 to 404 °C (corrected values). Auto ignitions occurred at 10 temperature points, from 375 to 404 °C.

The lowest auto-ignition temperature was found between 375 °C and 376 °C (corrected value) with a volume of 190 μL. The main test was therefore conducted using this volume.
