- A solution to soil ratio of 25:1 with an equilibration time of 4 hours was chosen.
- Concentrations: For the determination of the adsorption isotherm, five different concentrations (nominal 0.001, 0.01, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 µg/mL) of the test item in 0.01 mol/L CaCl2 solutions were used.
- Sample method: The adsorption behavior of the test substance was investigated using five European soils.
1 - Sampling interval: The adsorption equilibrium test was carried out with the test substance in all five soils and with 5 test intervals (2, 4, 8 and 24 hours), in duplicate.
- Sample storage before analysis: All samples were equilibrated in the dark at 20 ± 2 °C
