For the assessment of the aquatic toxicity of the test substance to algae, QSAR results were used. ECOSAR v2.0 was used as the QSAR model and a water solubility of 252.21 mg/L and a partition coefficient of 2.3 was used for the prediction of the aquatic toxicity in algae. The results fell within the applicability domain of the QSAR model and subsequently the criteria listed in Annex XI of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 chapter 1.3 are considered to be fulfilled. Therefore, other studies on aquatic toxicity in algae are not provided.
