Method validation

- System suitability meets the acceptance criterion as the % RSD obtained was 0.87% to 4.06% which is less than 5.0%.

- Specificity meets the acceptance criterion as the interference obtained for diluent was 4.84% and for diluent spiked with trapping agent (Matrix) was 9.01% which is < 30% of the standard response at LOQ.

- Linearity meets the acceptance criterion as the correlation coefficient obtained was 1.00 which is > 0.99.

- Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantification (LOQ): The LOD was considered at 1.60 mg/L based on S/N ≈ 3/1. The LOQ was considered at 4.00 mg/L based on S/N ≥ 10/1, where silica blank (Matrix) was used to determine the noise.
