Several GLP studies reported the substance to be a white solid with tiny red spots on the surface, a thick and sticky mass and a solid with liquid parts at 20 °C and 1013.25 hPa.

The substance is a low melting solid with a melting temperature fom 27 °C to 116 °C. As the melting of the substance starts above 20 °C the substance is treated as a solid at 20 °c and 1013.25 hPa.
