The influence of the test item PETMA on aquatic organisms representing three different trophic levels was investigated in three acute studies in accordance with OECD guidelines and GLP principles.


The daphnia is considered to be the most sensitive species, as the other values ​​are read across and the daphnia study was the only experimentally performed with the substance.

 


The inhibitory effects on the respiration of activated sludge was not tested, since there is no emission of the test material to sewage treatment plants.
