Description of key information

The substance exhibits a LC50 for freshwater fish of 0.44 mg/L and 0.32 mg/L in two QSARs.

The lowest obtained result is kept as key value for chemical safety assessment.

Additional information

The QSAR determinations of the acute toxicity to fish was based on validated data derived from 96 h LC50 tests on fish, for which the concentrations of the test item had been determined by chemical analyses over the test periods.

These toxicity studies are considered acceptable and satisfy the guideline requirements for acute fish toxicity study. Therefore, the lowest obtained result is used as key study for chemical safety assessment.
