Conclusions:
Vapour pressure is (20°C) = 6.82E-7Pa
Executive summary:

The isothermal thermogravimetric effusion method was chosen for the determination of the vapour pressure of Dermosoft(R) DGMC, reaction mass of 3-(2,3dihydroxypropoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl decanoate and 1-(2,3-dihydroxypropoxy)-3-hydroxypropan-2-yl decanoate. The vapour pressure of the test substance at 20 °C (293K) was 6.82E-07 Pa = 5.12E-09 mmHg.
