Preliminary estimation

Even in a total volume of 1000 ml undissolved particles could be observed . Thus, the water solubility of the test substance is less than 10 mg/L and had to be determined using the „column elution" method .

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item at a temperature of 20°C was determined to be 0.0044 mg/L (+/- 0.0003 mg/L).
Executive summary:

Based on the results of the preliminary study, the water solubility of the test item was determined by using the column-elution method according to EU Method A.6. The water solubility of the test item at a temperature of 20°C was determined to be 0.0044 mg/L (+/- 0.0003 mg/L).
