Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Classification according to CLP

Based on the data compiled above, the substance is not readily biodegradable and has a log Kow ≥ 4.0. The lowest available acute effect concentration (EC50 (48 h)) was < 1 mg/L and was obtained for aquatic invertebrates. The single chronic effect concentration for aquatic algae (ErC10 (72 h)) was also < 0.1 mg/L. Therefore, the substance is classified and labelled as acute 1 and chronic 1 for environmental hazards, according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and further amendments (ATPs).
