The test item was quantified by integrating over the whole peak area in the chromatograms, consisting of one main signal and two minor signals. The chromatograms obtained for the 1 -octanol phases show all three signals. In the chromatograms obtained for the aqueous buffer phases, only the earliest eluting signal is observed.
