Sample tested:
inert substance
Parameter:
burning rate
Result:
5.3 mm/s
Remarks on result:
result suspected of being a false positive
Remarks:
Due to the similar high burning rates, it is a false positive result

Any other information on results incl. tables

Exclusion of false positive results: To exclude a false positive result, the test was repeated with inert diatomaceaous earth. This test shows a high burning rate of 5.3 mm/s similarly with cellulose mixture. Due to the similar high burning rates (the diatomaceaous earth has no burning properties), it is a false positive result.
