Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of an aqueous solution of the substance at 1 g/L was determined to be 73.6 mN/m at 20°C using the OECD Harmonized ring method (GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.5 and OECD 115). Because this is not < 60 mN/m, Amiloride Compound 5 is not surface active according to the EC A.5 guideline.
