Conclusion on classification

No effects have been observed in aquatic organisms, neither in acute nor in chronic tests. Therefore, a classification H400, H410, H411 or H412 can be ruled out.

For the safety net classification H413 could be relevant for non-degradable substances with a logKow of >4. This is the case for the substance which is not readily biodegradable and it has a logKow of 5.5. However, additonal inforomation is taken into account such as results from chronic aquatic tests in algae and daphnia. As they do not show any effects, also a classification H413 can be ruled out..
