Description of key information

A long-term toxicity test (early life-stage toxicity test) with rainbow trout (O. mykiss) exposed to the test material and conducted for 96 days under GLPs and following OECD TG 210 resulted in NOEC for the most sensitive endpoint (blotted wet weight) of 0.078 mg/L.

Additional information

One freshwater fish long-term toxicity test (early life-stage toxicity test) was available for the test material and assessed for this endpoint. The 96-day flow-through study was conducted with rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) under GLPs and following OECD Test Guideline 210. The study was assigned a Klimisch score of one and considered the key study and acceptable for assessment. The study concluded, based on the most sensitive endpoint for this test of blotted wet weight, that the NOEC was 0.078 mg/L.
