Any other information on results incl. tables

Melting of the test item was not detected up to 375 °C.

Based on these investigations melting point of Neodymium fluoride oxide, magnesium doped is above 375 °C (648 K).

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Based on these investigations melting point of Neodymium fluoride oxide, magnesium doped is above 375 °C (648 K).
Executive summary:

In the course of this study the melting point of the test item was investigated using the capillary method. A small amount of the test item was heated in the electronic controlled sample block. Detection of the melting point was based on thermo-optical changes, while raising the temperature. Melting of the test item was not detected up to 375°C. Based on these investigations melting point of Neodymium fluoride oxide, magnesium dopedis above 375 °C (648 K).
