Various predicted data for the test compound were reviewed for the bioaccumulation end point which is summarized as below:

 Prediction was done by using Bio-concentration Factor (v12.1.0.50374) module. Bio-concentration Factor (BCF) of the chemical at pH scale 0-8 was estimated to be in range 47327-2673929 dimensionless and at pH scale 10-14, BCF estimated was in range 190-895 dimensionless. By considering BCF values at pH 6, 7 and 8 it is concluded that test chemical is Bio-accumulative in aquatic organisms as these values exceed 2000 criteria.

 Another predicted data was estimated using Sci-Finder database (American Chemical Society (ACS), 2019). The Bioconcentration factor (BCF) for test chemical was predicted in aquatic organisms by Scifinder database at pH 1-10 and temperature 25 °C. The Bioconcentration factor (BCF) of test substance at temperature 25°C and at pH 1-10 was estimated to be in range 2990-1000000 dimensionless. This BCF value range at pH 1-10 and temperature 25 °C suggests that the test chemical was expected to be bioaccumulative in aquatic organisms as this range value is more than 2000 criteria.

 One more prediction was done by using using Chemspider-ACD/Phychem 2019. The Bioconcentration factor (BCF) for test chemical was predicted in aquatic organisms by Chemspider- ACD/PhysChem Suite at pH 5.5 and pH 7.4. The Bioconcentration factor (BCF) of test substance at pH 5.5 was estimated to be 1000000 and at pH 7.4 was estimated to be 552127.88 dimensionless.  These BCF values at pH 5.5 and pH 7.4 suggest that the test chemical was expected to be bioaccumulative in aquatic organisms.

 

On the basis of above results for test chemical it can be concluded that the BCF value of test substance ranges from 2990 to 2673929 which exceeds the bioconcentration threshold of 2000, indicating that the chemical was expected to bioaccumulate in the food chain.
