The determination of the Oxidizing Properties (Solids) of FAT 41'030/A was performed in accordance with the EC Council Directive 92/69/EEC Annex, Part A, Methods for the determination of physico- chemical properties, A. 17: " Oxidizing Properties (Solids) ", Official Journal of the European Communities, No. L 383 A. December 29, 1992.The result showed FAT 41'030/A is not an oxidizing substance.

Justification for classification or non-classification

FAT 41045 is also considered to be not an oxidizing substance, as its chemical structure is almost identical with that of FAT 41030 and all functional groups of FAT 41045 are also present in FAT 41030.
