Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

No simulation test investigating the biodegradation in water and sediment is needed as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate a risk for the aquatic environment (all RCR < 1).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No simulation test investigating the biodegradation of Atmer 163 in water and sediment is available. Considering, that no hazard in the environment is expected based on the outcome of the exposure assessment (all Risk Characterisation Ratios (RCR) < 1), further simulation tests are not needed to investigate further the degradation of Atmer 163 (according to Section 3.1, Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006).
