Additional information

Atmer 163 (CAS No. 97925-95-6) is susceptible to indirect photodegradation in air. An estimation using SRC AOP v1.92 with SMILES notations resulted in an estimated half time for the reaction with OH-radicals of 3.089 – 3.161 h (24 hr day; OH-concentration 0.5E+06 OH/cm³). The estimated half-life time varies between the test material components since the substance is a multi-constituent. Testing on hydrolytic degradation is technically not feasible since the test substance is a mixture of tertiary amines. Therefore, it is not possible to distinguish between the parent compound and the degradation products which are also amines using analytical methods and the hydrolytic degradation of Atmer 163 could not be assessed.
