Additional information

The adsorption/desorption study was not conducted as the lithium salts of dicarboxylic acids C6-C10 have logKow of <0 and decompose rapidly to carbon dioxide, water and lithium ions. Lithium ions in the aqueous environment are expected to remain in solution and, as a naturally occurring element, the adsorption/desorption of lithium is not expected to be scientifically relevant.
