Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Additional information

Physico-chemical properties were determined from experimental testing, except Auto-Ignition Temperature that was derived from a structural analogue. Some endpoints were waived, based on chemical structure.

The substance is liquid at ambient temperature, with low volatility. In water, it is slightly soluble, and much less dense, so likely to float, and surface-active properties are anticipated, despite it is not considered as a true surfactant from chemical structure.

It has potential for bioaccumulation.

It is NOT classified as hazardous with regard to physical hazards, based on CLP criteria.
