Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
0.253 g/L
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
>= 5.5 - <= 6
Remarks on result:
other: Mean of the concentrations analysed at t=24, 48 and 72 h.
Details on results:
- No test substance was detected in the pre-treated sample from the blank water mixture.
- Concentrations analysed at t=24, 48 and 72 h: 0.249 g/L, 0.257 g/L and 0.252 g/L, resp.
- The maximum difference of the concentrations determined in the 24, 48 and 72 hour test samples was ≤ 15% (3.1% was calculated), thus the validity criterion is met.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): moderately soluble (100-1000 mg/L)
In a GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.6, OECD 105 and OPPTS 830.7840 using the flask method, the water solubility of the substance at 20°C was determined as 0.253 g/L. The pH of the saturated solution was 5.5-6.0.
