Conclusions:
The average apparent viscosity of amides, C8 -18 and C18 -unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) was 1357 mPa·s at 20 ºC (shear rate 25 s-1).
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the apparent viscosity of amides, C8 -18 and C18 -unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) in accordance with ISO 3219 and OECD 114 guidelines. The apparent viscosity of amides, C8 -18 and C18 -unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) was determined by the use of standard Brookfield test method at 20 ± 0.2 °C for shear rate of 4.99, 10.0, 25.0 and 50.0 s-1 was found to be 1357 mPa·s at 20 ºC (shear rate 25 s-1).
