Additional information

In an OECD 203 guideline study, the 72 -hour LC50 for n-Vinylpyrrolidone (nVP) for rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), was determined to be 976 mg/L, with a NOAEC of 464 mg/L (BASF, 1987). Given this result, nVP exhibits little to no acute toxicity to rainbow trout.
