Description of key information
In various repeat-dose studies, immune competent cells and tissues did not elucidate any effects suspect to immune function modulation induced by the test substance. In the study investigating macrophage function, the test substance did not induce relevant adverse immune responses when administered intraperitoneally. In addition, in a recent OECD 443 study investigating developmental immunotoxicity no adverse findings were reported up to the highest dose level applied.
