The surface tension of cobalt borate neodecanoate complexes was determined according to OECD guideline 115, ring method. Six measurements at a temperature of 20 +/- 0.5°C were performed every minute with the test item. Under the described conditions the aqueous solution of the test item, cobalt, borate neodecanoate complexes, is sigma = 52.9 mN/m. In conclusion, the test item has surface active properties.
