The determination was performed by HPLC method according to OECD Guideline 117.
The test substance was analyzed by HPLC using Boric acid buffer solution which was adjusted to the pH 10, because the measurement should be performed in the non-ionised form, so the pH value of the buffer solution was adjusted to greater than or equal to the pKa + 1.
