Additional information

Experimental studies investigating the abiotic hydrolysis of Glycerides, tall-oil mono-, di-, and tri- (CAS 97722-02-6) are not available. However, in accordance with Annex VIII, column 2, 9.2.2.1. of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, testing is not required since the substance is readily biodegradable. The results from the supporting QSAR calculation with HYDROWIN v2.00 indicate that hydrolysis is not relevant for the substance, since the estimated half-lives of the main components range from 1.5 to 10.3 years at pH 7. Half-lives of 55.1 days to one year were calculated for hydrolysis at pH 8 (Gebhardt, 2013).
