Details on results:
The test substance induced allergic responses in guinea pigs after epi- or intracutaneous administration. The number of T- and B- lymphocytes of blood usually decreased and increased, respectively. Serum concentrations of albumins and globulins decreased and increased (or had an increasing tendency), respectively.
