The substance or mixture does not need to be classified as explosive as based on a study report conducted according to EC-Guideline 92/69/EWG, Annex A.14 using the ISO/IEC 17025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) standard a falling weight test (sensilivity to impact) and a test on the thermal sensitivity (steel sleeve test) showed no effect.

Justification for classification or non-classification

In accordance with Annex I, Section 2.1 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and UN GHS Rev 6 (2015) the substance has not to be classified as explosive in class 1.
