Additional information

Two different records are put into the same way as the end points study records:

- According to Krieger (1961), melting point of DTDM (4,4'dithiodimorpholine) is about 125-126°C.

- According to the Merck Index, the melting point of DTDM (4,4'-dithiodimorpholine) is about 124-125°

- According to 6 publications on ACS, melting point of DTDM (4,4'dithiodimorpholine) is about 118-125°C

Note that no indication of method used is given for the three latter.

Finally a study was conducted by MLPC using DSC (classification K1) using OECD 102 based on a statistic study of EKALAND DTDM PD and a control of three standard samples. Melting point was found equal to 125 °C

As a conclusion, the melting point of DTDM (4,4'-dithiodimorpholine) equals 125 °C.
