Results and discussion

Clinical signs:
Coma, bradycardia, leukocytosis and metabolic acidosis (these clinical signs were ascribed to the effect of methylene chloride)

Untoward reactions in pregnancy were not observed. Four months after intoxication the patient bears a healthy boy.
