Additional information

Since Reaction mass of 2-(3,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)succinic acid and 2-(4,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)succinic acid is used as nitrification inhibitor for agricultural crops, its target compartment will be soil. Due to its high solubility in water and low adsorption potential, it will mainly partition into the soil pore water. In soil pore water, the substance is rapidly transformed to DMP and other metabolites. DMP is rapidly degraded and it is expected that other potential metabolites are rapidly degraded as well.
