Description of key information

An algal (Selenastrum capricornutum) study was performed with Glycidol. Selenastrum capricornutum were expopsed to Glycidol for a period of 96 hours. The study was carried out in accordance with ERL-C standard operating procedure with specified modifications as requested by OTS. The nominal concentrations used were: 500, 250, 125, 62.5, 31.25 mg/L. The 96-hour EC50 was 144.7 mg/L (based on nominal concentrations).
