Endpoint:
dissociation constant
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the substance has no ionic structure
Justification for type of information:
The calculation program SPARC has been used for the prediction and it indicated that the substance is not an ionisable compount since no change in charge was obtained at different pH. According to "Endpoint specific guidance R.7.1.17.1" the dissociation constant does not have to be conducted for substances that lack ionizable function groups.
Dissociating properties:
no
Conclusions:
Not an ionisable compound.
Executive summary:

The calculation program SPARC has been used for the prediction and it indicated that the substance is not an ionisable compound since no change in charge was obtained at different pH.

According to “Endpoint specific guidance R.7.1.17.1” the dissociation constant does not have to be conducted for substances that lack ionisable functional groups.
