Die Angabe zur NOEC repräsentiert die nominale Prüfkonzentration. In einem vorausgegangenen Akuttest wurden unter vergleichbaren Testbedingungen die 24 h LC0- und LC50-Werte bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse des Akuttests dienten zusammen mit denen aus einem 3-Tage-Reproduktionstest als Orientierung bezüglich des effektiven Konzentrationsbereichs und zur Festlegung der Spanne der Testkonzentrationen. Es wurden nach gleicher Methode 73 Stoffe getestet.
