Toxicokinetic parameters
Toxicokinetic parameters:
other: The equilibrium constant (Keq) was 0.91. The steady state constant (Kst) for the experimental system (V1 = 9.61) was 0.66, and calculated (V1→ ∞) was 0.65.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Equilibration constant = 0.91
Steady-state constant = 0.66 (Experimental system, VE1 = 9.61)
Steady-state constant = 0.65 (calculated for VE1 to infinity)
Executive summary:

Rats were exposed to the test substance in a closed all-glass system. After injection of the calculated amount of compound into the gas phase its concentration in the system's atmosphere was determined by GLC in short intervals. The equilibrium constant (Keq) was 0.91. The steady state constant (Kst) for the experimental system (V1 = 9.61) was 0.66, and calculated (V1→ ∞) was 0.65.
