Description of key information
Log Koc was calculated according to KOCWIN v2.0, MCI method to be 2.1553
respectively Koc 143 L/kg
We can confirm that the start of the experimental phase for Adsorption/desorption study according to OECD 106 has been delayed in relation to the previously agreed schedule and that it consequently was not possible to complete the study in accordance with the agreed date of October 31st, 2022.
The original planning was based on the situation in summer 2021. Due to capacity reasons especially at the laboratory which synthesises the radiolabelled test substance, and slow processing of several internal processes the Adsorption/desorption study is still ongoing. Synthesis of the
radiolabelled material is envisaged for early November. The dossier will be revised after finalisation of the ongoing study.
