Description of key information

The partition coefficient of the test substance is calculated to 9.0 at 25°C.

Additional information

Because of the expected very high value of the partition coefficient Pow of the test substance is an experimental determination only with great costs and increased uncertainty possible, so that the proven contribution method of Rekker (R.F.REKKER, The hydrophobic fragmental constant, Elsevier, Amsterdam, 1977, Appendix Page 350 - 355), was used to calculate the partition coefficient.

The value from this calculation was chosen as key value.
