Introduction

The relative density of the test substance was assessed using a method based on EU Method A.3 (Relative Density) 

Method

An Anton Paar Density meter (DMA 4500M) was used for the test.

A small volume (approximately 1 to 2 ml) of liquid sample is introduced into an oscillating sample tube. The change in oscillating frequency caused by the change in the mass of the tube is used in conjunction with calibration data to determine the density of the sample. The test was run three times.
