Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test substance was not considered highly flammable.
Executive summary:

The preliminary screening test was performed for the determination of the flammability of the test substance. No propagate combustion of the test substance along 200mm length of pile within 4 minutes was observed. Based on this, the test substance was not considered highly flammable.
