Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The initial vapour pressure of Reaction mass of glucose and fructose and water was estimated by calculation. Vapour pressures for the known constituents were estimated using the QSAR MPBPWIN v 1.43. The sum of the vapour pressures multiplied by the fraction of the substance in the multi-constituent was taken as an initial estimate for the vapour pressure of the Reaciton mass of glucose and fructose and water.

The initial vapour pressure of Reaction mass of glucose and fructose and water is 0.15 Pa at 25 °C. The vapour pressure of the constituents ranges from 4.71E-014 to 3.17 Pa.
