The test item does contain groups that act as oxidising agent. The oxygen atoms that are present in the molecular structure of the test item are chemically bonded to carbon or hydrogen. The test item also contains hydrochloric acid, which has no oxidising properties. The molecular structures of impurities were not taken into account.
