Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the person to fresh air.

Give oxygen or artificial respiration if needed. Seek
medical attention.

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Eliminate all ignition sources. Sweep up into containers and
seal. Dispose of material in accordance with government
requirements and ensure conformity to local disposal
regulations.

Handling and storage

Handling: The preparation containing the substance will only be used
in the Integrated Circuits industry by trained personnel.
Exposure is minimal. Inhalation and skin contact are avoided
by use of impermeable protective gloves and dust masks. Dust
proof filling apparatus and appropiate ventilation are also
used.

Storage: The preparation containing the substance should be kept in
securely closed unbreakable containers. Keep away from
foodstuffs and sources of ignition. Store in a cool and dark
place away from humidity.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The preparation is packaged into either one gallon (3.78
litre) or one quart (0.946 litre) bottles, which are then
put in a cardboard box.

Remarks:
Transport: The preparation containing the substance should be kept in
an appropiate, tightly closed container during transport.
Containers should be stored upright and secured against
falling down. Containers should be suitably labelled and
sealed.

Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The preparation is not recovered or recycled during normal
use. Any spilled material is not recovered but is disposed
of by incineration or disposal to landfill in accordance
with local regulation.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: None known.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Contaminated containers or spillages of the preparation
mixed with inert materials (e.g. sand or soil) may be
disposed of at an authorised tip in accordance with local
regulations.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incineration is the preferred method of disposal. The
preparation may be disposed of by burning under controlled
conditions at a licensed waste treatment processor in
accordance with local regulations. Stack gases should be
scrubbed as noxious fumes (e.g. carbon dioxide) could be
formed.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: In the unlikely event that the preparation should enter the
water treatment systems, contaminated waste water should be
precipitated. Material should then be incinerated.
