Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
Effects and symptoms: No effect known under normal conditions of use
Skin contact: In case of skin contact, rinse abundantly with water and soap during about fifteen minutes. Consult a doctor if necessary.
Eye contact: Wipe then rinse abundantly with water during 15 minutes. If irritation persists, consult a doctor.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Consult a doctor as soon as possible.
Inhalation: Take the person to fresh air in case of difficult or irregular breathing. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Facilities at working place: Eye-wash facility.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use dry chemical powders, CO2 or foam.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Do not use concentrated water jet that may spread fire.
Special hazard: On heating or during combustion, toxic and irritating fumes may be released.
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Complete protective clothing. Self-contained breathing apparatus.
Special notices for intervention: Fight the gas with a water spray. Do not attempt to fight the fire without suitable protective equipment. Contain the extinguishing fluids with bunds (the product is hazardous for the environment).
Accidental release measures
Individual precautions: Remove people from the contaminated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes
Environmental precaution: Avoid release in the environment, contain the spilled material with bunds (the product is hazardous for the environment).
Cleaning methods: Absorb the spillage with sand, earth or inert absorbent material, or by pumping. Wash non recoverable remainder with large amounts of water. Keep in suitable and closed containers for disposal. Dispose of at a licensed waste collection point..
Handling and storage
Handling: Do not eat, drink or smoke at the work place. Wash hands after each use. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering an eating area. Avoid spills, keep away from drains.
Storage Store at room temperature in the original packaging and in a cool and ventilated place. Keep away from sources of ignition.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Engineering measures: No specific measures are required provided the product is handled in accordance with the general rules of occupational hygiene and safety.
Individual protection equipment:
Hands protection: Gloves (resistant to chemicals). Gloves must comply with the specifications of Reg (UE) 2016/425.
Eye protection: Safety glasses.
Protection of the skin and the body: Overalls or lab coat
Respiratory protection: None.
Environment exposure control : Avoid spills, keep away from drains.
Stability and reactivity
Stability Stable at ambient temperature and under normal conditions of use.If the product is heated until thermal decomposition, the following decomposition products may appear: carbon oxides.
Reactivity
Packing materials: Plastic drums or iron drums with internal coating.
Material to avoid: Strong oxidizing agents.
Disposal considerations
Waste of residues: Do not discharge into rivers and drains. Waste must be eliminated in accordance with national and local regulation on the environmental protection.
Contaminated packaging: Dispose of at an authorised site. Packing must be recycled in accordance with national and local regulation on the environmental protection.
