Administrative data

First-aid measures

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing gives artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.
Skin contact: Wash thoroughly the affected area with plenty of water or soap water. If reddening occurs, seek medical help.
Eye contact:Holding eyelids apart, rinse with plenty o lukewarm water for approx. 15 minutes. If discomfort occurs, seek medical help.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth with clean water. Give 2-3 glasses of water or active charcoal dissolved in water. Do not induce vomiting, immediately seek medical help.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Water, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or alcohol-resistant foam.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Adapt to substances around.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: Use recommended protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing dust.
Environmental precautions: Prevent large amounts of the substance from entering the environment.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Sweep up spilled material and collect it into a suitable container for further processing or liquidation.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling: Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and clothing. Avoid ingestion and inhalation.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.

Respiratory protection: With standard use it is not necessary. At higher exposure use appropriate respirator.
