Rakkomandazzjonijiet preċedenti
Ir-Regolament REACH jitlob li l-ECHA tidentifika mil-“Lista tal-Kandidati” sustanzi ta’ prijorità li għandhom jiġu inklużi fl-Anness XIV ta’ REACH (il-“Lista ta’ Awtorizzazzjoni”) u għal dawn is-sustanzi jipproponi entraturi tal-Anness XIV (jiġifieri arranġamenti tranżitorji u, meta jkun rilevanti, eżenzjonijiet u perjodi ta’ rieżami) lill-Kummissjoni Ewropea, filwaqt li titqies l-opinjoni tal-Kumitat tal-Istati Membri. Il-Kummissjoni Ewropea fl-aħħar tiddeċiedi, permezz ta’ proċedura ta’ “komitoloġija” (bi skrutinju), liema sustanzi jiġu inklużi fl-Anness XIV u liema ser ikunu l-entraturi assoċjati.
It-tabella taʼ hawn taħt tinkludi s-sustanzi kollha li ġew inklużi fl-abbozz taʼ rakkomandazzjonijiet jew fʼdawk finali tal-ECHA għall-inklużjoni tas-sustanzi tal-Lista tal-Kandidati fl-Anness XIV. Il-kolonna - "Status" ("Status") tindika jekk is-sustanzi ġewx rakkomandati għall-inklużjoni jew humiex diġà inklużi fl-Anness XIV. Id-dokumenti relevanti għar-rakkomandazzjonijiet jistgħu jinstabu billi tikklikkja fuq id-"Dettalji" ("Details") ħdejn is-sustanzi.
Is-sustanzi li mhumiex rakkomandati fʼċiklu partikolari (Status: "Mhumiex rakkomandati fʼdan iċ-ċiklu" ("Not recommended in this round")) jiġu vvalutati mill-ġdid fʼlottijiet sussegwenti. Għaldaqstant, qed jingħata parir li jsir tiftix għat-tabella skont is-sustanza (Isem/EC/CAS) biex jittieħed l-istatus l-iktar aġġornat.
