Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined using the shake flask method. The saturation mass concentrations of the test item were determined using U-HPLC / UV - determination.


The results showed no tendency to increase and the deviation between the incubation times was below 15 %, therefore a valid conduct of the study can be considered.


Corresponding to the analyses the water solubility was determined to be average concentration: 589.1 g/L at a temperature of 20 ± 0.8 °C.
